Owners and Operators Committee

    The Owners and Operators Committee is comprised of management level personnel familiar with the management and operation of the local county sub-systems.  The committee is responsible for establishing and recommending to the board by-laws and procedures for its operation.  The Owners and Operators may vote and designate a member to serve as a voting member of the Board and an alternate.
